Covid19 A Message to those who mourn the loss of a loved one

Pondering Thoughts

As each day passes by and our loved ones continue to move on towards the journey of the unknown, we realize the value of life. The value of individuals who may have brought us laughter, made us cry, made us strong, contributed to who we are today.

We mourn the lives of loved ones, those known and unknown to us. We understand that during times like this, unity is what keeps us getting through. Lending someone an ear to listen or a distant shoulder to cry on. We reflect on this moment and past moments that we had shared together. We begin to come to an understanding at some point that life is just that; and with every passing second it becomes a moment in time we can no longer return to.

We deal with the feelings we have, regret, sadness, loneliness, desperation, exhaustion, that all boils down to pain. We begin to realize that it's the simplicity of life that makes it so worth living and we transform our routine thinking into in-depth reflection and analytical review of our lives.

In these times, we either learn the ways of life or suffer the consequences of not knowing. So with this fragile world and all its people living in this planet we can see as a whole the necessary cycle of life.

What we give is rooted in the hearts of others and that continues to grow and lasts throughout eternity. So we begin to wonder about the end of our own lives and how losing us would devastate their own existence.
